Banish Bad Energy
You will need the following items for this spell:
2 towels
Quiet Room
A Candle Or 2
Twist The Towels And Make Them Into A Circle in the middle of room.
Light the candle/s and put it on any side by the towel and keep it a few inches away.
Meditate in the circle and make sure you have a clear mind.
Step 4- Once you have a clear mind think of the room silent and clean.Think of a giant white glowing ball in the middle of the room.Imagine It Getting bigger and brighter.
When The ball gets bigger it fills up the room with sun.
Clear you mind and take deep breaths while counting back from 5.
Open your eyes and you will realizing a clean feeling.
Blow out the candles and then stretch.
If You Don't Feel That Clean feeling retry and do the procedure a little bit slower.
