Meadowfoam Seed Oil is an excellent oil for aging skin. It absorbs quickly but leaves a light barrier that holds moisture in the skin. It's softening and moisturizing power is amazing. Carrot Seed essential oil is the real STAR of this eye cream.  It contains a large amount of antioxidants, vitamin C and Vitamin K.  These components help to protect against stress, UV rays and pollution.  Carotenoids have been found to enhance the body’s immune response to UV rays, which can decrease skin damage from UV exposure.  Carrot Seed oil is healing and rejuvenates skin cells. In fact, carrot seed oil helps to heal eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis because of its ability to stimulate cell growth and repair damaged skin.  Carrot Seed oil also helps to balance the skin-it will not clog pores, but will moisturize dry skin.

Anti Aging Eye Roll On

1 TBSP Meadowfoam Seed Oil

2 tsp. Unrefined Organic Coconut oil 

1.5 tsp. Beeswax 

1/2 tsp. Shea Butter 

1/2 tsp. Vitamin E oil 

4 drops Carrot Seed essential oil

5 drops Frankincense essential oil

8 drops Lavender essential oil

Melt Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter and Vitamin E oil in a glass Pyrex bowl placed in a pot of water.  Turn stove only to medium heat.  Do not let the water boil.  Once all ingredients are melted remove from heat and add essential oils.  Pour into a lip balm tube.  This recipe makes 1 ounce.  You could probably fill up about 5-6 lip balm tubes.  I put the excess in a .85 (25ml) ounce glass jar.

The shelf life of this eye cream is 6 months.  Apply a thin layer around the bottom of your eye.  Do not get in your eye.  Use nightly before bedtime.

**Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep-this alone will approve the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and lines.  Add a potent, pure eye cream and you WILL see results!
